Tasks & responsibilities
- Overseeing and co-ordinating the daily operations of a worksite.
- Ensuring a high level of performance and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Reporting to HR and senior management.
- Evaluating performance and providing feedback.
- Identifying and applying career advancement opportunities.
- Helping to resolve employee issues and disputes.
- Ensuring appliance to all legislative requirements associated with the role.
- Compliance and enforcement of all company, and Health and Safety policies.
